Superior Shores Gaming will maintain regular hours of operation beginning July 17, 2020. The site has been to thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure the health and safety of our visitors. We have worked closely with government officials and public health experts to develop optimum safety measures to ensure a safe gaming experience.
We will be OPEN FOR CABINET GAMES and POD GAME PLAY ONLY at this time. There will be NO BINGO SESSIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Once capacity restrictions are lifted, we will re-evaluate and re-introduce our bingo sessions.
Face masks are mandatory for all visitors.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that will not comply with protocols and/or someone who jeopardizes the health and safety of staff and customers. This includes but is not limited to; denied entry into the facility and/or being asked to leave the premises.
Capacity/ Limited Entry:
Due to government mandated capacity restrictions, there will be a limit of 50 customers allowed in the building at one time. All customers will be required to answer screening questions and apply hand sanitizer upon entry.
To limit exposure and manage capacity, customers will no be allowed to enter and exit the building during their visit. If you exit the building and want to re-enter, you will be required re-enter the line and repeat the entry procedure.
Upon entry, visitors must provide their name and contact information for potential contact tracing.
Staff and customers are required to maintain a 2 meter distance from each other in line-ups, washrooms, seating, etc.
High touch and high traffic areas within Superior Shores Gaming will be continuously sanitized by our staff. Gaming machines will be disinfected after each use and hand sanitizing stations will be available for our customers.
For Your Protection:
Our staff are thoroughly trained and prepared for reopening safety procedures and will adhere to rigorous hygiene protocols and safety standards to protect themselves and our customers.
Staff will be wearing required protective equipment including gloves and masks.
Protective guards have been installed at service counters for safe staff/customer interaction.
Our restaurant menu has been limited and self-serve stations are closed (drinks, condiments, coffee stations, etc.).
To ensure limited exposure to outside contaminants, outside food or drink will not be permitted in the building.
Superior Shores Gaming will strictly follow health official guidelines and procedures. Together we can maintain a clean and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
